This notice explains what information Validus Solutions (“Validus”, “we”) collects through validussolutions.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company (if you give one) and message you enter.
- Anonymous visit statistics. We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites, and we only see totals (such as pages visited, referring sites and country).
- Standard server data. Like any website, the services that deliver this page receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies or social-media pixels.
How we use it
We use contact-form messages only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare provides the visit statistics.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any record-keeping obligations that follow. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Use the contact form, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
